Be aware of and treat courteously others on the trails

Always keep to the marked trails

Do not frighten the animals and pay particular attention to horse riders

Be prepared and well equipped. Study the routes beforehand and take with you all the equipment you need in case of accidents, breakdown or changes in weather.

Always wear a helmet.
